Description:
A very bright Galaxy with a definite stellar core: surprising that this
one isn't in Messier's list considering the number he got in Virgo, and
that several of his Objects are actually far more difficult! This
galaxy is also part of the Herschell 400 list.
--
I saw no detail in the arms, just a smooth brightening towards centre.
