Description: A pleasant galaxy pair consisting of a large bright galaxy with
a bright central core and stellar nucleus, NGC 5151, and the smaller fainter
NGC 4156.
4151 has a brighter bar of nebulosity around the stellar nucleus and
structure to the north of the core. There is a slight but definite
brightening in the halo WNW-W of the core, a broad brighter patch on the
following edge and on the outer edge of the visible part a brighter patch of
nebulosity curls around toward a fainter star to the north.
NGC4156 is a pleasant little galaxy, an elliptical glow with a central
condensation, which fades gradually outward.
