Object Rating: C+
Description:
Pretty small, considerably faint, oval Np/Sf. Brightens very
gradually toward the middle. The nucleus appears offset Sf
the center. Galaxy has a mottled appearance. [Interestingly,
DSS shows this object as nearly stellar and round! May Geoff
be referring to tiny stellar NGC 4549 just 1'-2' SE?? -Ed.]
