Class: Ring structure involved in larger irregular halo

Description:
At 168x (15 mm Panoptic) without filter a very faint haze. Not really
sure, since there are some stars involved in a rich star field. 
With OIII- filter planetary popps out immediately between this stars.
At 260x (9 mm Nagler) + OIII round or slightly oval in O-W, of approx. 
1' diameter. Delicate overall appearance with a slightly fainter middle.
Quite diffuse edge. One Star 14 mag in the center (cannot be the central star
since that is 17.6 mag?). Furhter stars at the eastern edge.
