Description:
NGC3396 is located relativel to the North and oriented at PA 100. Ngc 3395 is smaller and located to the South East from NGC3396, oriented at PA 50

NGC3395; 12.1v; 1.8' x 1.0'; PA 50; RA 10:49.9; DEC +32:58.2
203X - Dim featurless object at 117X & 203X and not visable at all at 314X.

NGC3396; 12.1v; 3.7' x 4'; PA 100; RA 10:50.1; DEC +32:58.7
203X - extremely dim oval oriented nearly E-W (PA 100). The halo is at threshold of averted vision, but the core while dim is easily seen as small relatively bright spot. No other features are detectable in 12" under the current conditions.
