Description:
2 fuzzy ovals and a fuzzy star.

NGC2964;
203X - The larger brighter galaxy to the south is 11.3 mag; 3.5' x 1.9'; PA 97
The halo is sharp edged and softly brightens to the center with a stellar nucleus. There is a 14 mag star superimposed on the galaxy located 1/3R from the nucleus at aprox PA 210.

NGC2968;
203X - small dim featurless oval NE from NGC 2964.

314X - 11.7 mag oval with low surface brightness (SB=14 Mag); size; 2.4' x 1.7';
oriented PA 45. The halo is faint and indistinct with a little soft central
core brightning. No other features are detected.

NGC2970; 13.6v (SB=12.9) Size 52" x 52"; class E1.

203X - A faint star.

314X - A faint fuzzy star. Easy visually when one knows what and where to look.
No detail detected.
