Description:
Very bright and dense globular cluster, easily located in
finder. At 40x it showed me grainy texture, at 100x I could
resolve only four or five stars at the very edge of the
cluster. Also, it is elongated in about NW-SE direction, but it
seems to me that some other Messier globulars are even more
elongated. I haven't seen dark patch in the cluster. Sketch is
