Description:
NGC4754; Galaxy; 10.6v mag; 2.5' x 1.0'SZ; RA:12:52.5, DEC:+11:18.
220X-NGC4754 is a soft moderately bright oval with a sharply defined round core
and a stellar nucleus.

NGC6762: Galaxy; 10.3v mag; 9.0' x 2.0'SZ; RA:12:52.0, DEC:+11:13.
220X-NGC4762 is a long thin oval oriented NE-SW with a long thin core running
almost through the brighter part of the halo. There is no evidence of an
obscuring dust lane. The ansi are extended almost twice the apparent length by
a very dim widely diffused outer halo. This dim outer halo seems to fan wider
toward the extreme ends. This is the only edge-on galaxy that I have observed
that exhibite this feature. The the core appears to be slightly rounded at the
ends and the center has a much flattened bulge. A faint stellar nucleus is in
the center.
