Position: RA 9:24' 18.9"  DEC +34:30' 46"
Description:
At 100x (20mm Orion Ultrascopic, 31' true field), NGC2859 appeared small and 
roughly circular.  Shows a fairly bright, non-stellar core with a very faint,
surrounding glow about 1.5' in diameter.  
NGC2859 is on the Herschel 400 list.
