Description:
At 44x I could see the brightest stars in the cluster looking off to the side of the cluster.  It showed a great amount of detail but could not see patterns in this cluster as with M12.  At 118x there were many more dim stars even using direct vision.  I could also see that M10 had a much brighter surface brightness than M12.  At 178x I could see more dim stars near the center of the star cluster and also see some star patterns as well.
