Description:
At 135x (15mm Panoptic, 30' true field), Gx NGC 1161 is a fairly dim, circular,
1' glow which brightens slightly toward the center.  A 9th & 10th mag. pair of
stars, separated by 2', lies about 1' to the west of the galaxy.  NGC1160 lies
about 3' to the north but I could not detect it.
