Description:
254X-NGC6824 is a tiny, faint ill-defined oval with a gradually brightning core
and an extremely faint twinkle at the center that requires averted vision. no
spiral structure could be detected. The galaxy is located at the south end of a
trapezoidal shape with the northern star being the brightest at 7.8 mag. and
the western 2 stars at 12.3 and 12.6 mag. Along the extended baseline about 2
arcmin is a 13 mag. star south beyond the galaxy.
