Faint. A thin, elongated halo with a slightly brighter nuclear bulge.
As the halo extends away from the core area it narrows and becomes more
diffuse until it fades into the background. Aligned nearly N-S. Positioned
in a fairly rich star field, the galaxy seems to almost float behind several
faint field stars which border it. Located with averted vision at 68x.
It did not magnify well, fading into the background at higher powers.
Best seen at 68x-72x.
