Description:
A round, to slightly oval, uniform halo.  There is gradual brightening to a
fairly bright core.  During moments of steady seeing, the core appears nearly
stellar.  Located with averted vision at 68x, it bore magnification well,
being best seen at 128x-136x.  Neither NGC407 nor NGC414, located inside of
a 15' field centered on NGC410, could be located.
