Description:
314X-NGC3067 appears as a thin spindle shape about 1.5' long with a well
defined central bulge about 20" round. The ANSE of the halo appear crisp
and well defined, not diffuse. NGC3067 lies 42' WNW from 20 LMi. Quasar, 
TON 469 at 15,8mag, not observed, lies due north 1.9 arcmin from the Galaxy.
