Description:
120X- NGC4290 appears like an unfocused star. (Fuzzy)
220X- NGC4290 Found with averted vision. Once located it is easy enough with direct vision. It appears as a small (20") disc with weak halo. NGC2384; 14 mag, lies nearby 4.7' at PA 269*, but was not detected due to poor sky conditions.
