Description:
120X- NGC4605 appears as a fat oval of low surface brightness readily seen with direct vision, though averted vision helps some. The sky is too bright for good dark adaptation.
220X- NGC4605 Appears uniform diffuse with a very little increase in central brightning. Not a defined core. It shows the Eastern ANSE with a little hook making the Galaxy look somewhat like a crookneck squash. No other DSO's in the FOV.
