Filter(s): None
Object(s): NGC5548
Category: External galaxy.
Class: SA0
Constellation: Boo
Data: mag 13.3p size 1.4' x 1.2'
Position: RA 14:18 DEC +25:08
Description:
120X- NGC5548 appears to have a small round diffuse very faint halo seen with averted vision and a round bold core.

220X- NGC5548 appears much the same as at 120X. Note the triangular asterism
about 7' South. Also suspect CGCG133-24 Just West of 11 mag star S.W. from
NGC5548. With averted vision I think I see and then I don't see a starlike
speck in the right place. It is so suggestive that I must decline the
observation. In any event it is very tiny and very faint
(MegaStar references 15.3 mag, 0.8' x 0.2')
No other DSO's visible in the FOV.
