Description:
Very close pair at a distance of only 2’. Brighter 3227 shows a star-like core 
and very wide elongated halo without details. 3226 is fainter and features a 
faint diffuse core in a round little extended halo. The galaxies do not show a 
physical connection as on long exposure photographs.
Very nice, bright pair.
