Description:
120X-NGC5878 is just detectible with averted vision.

220X-NGC5878 shows a very faint thin oval with averted vision. The core is also
very faint, but I can hold it with direct vision as a small oval. 
There is a bright star (12.1p) to the North ANSE and a sweeping arc of faint
stars to the East. No other DSO's in the FOV.
