Description:
This bright oval galaxy is located 1/2 deg east of the huge faint NGC
4945. It appears with a size of approx 2,5x1,5' . The galaxy extends
N-S. A faint star (or the stellar nucleus of 4976) pops up just west
of the galaxy's center.
