Description:
138X - NGC6155 is a faint very small glowing oval without any detail.
254X - NGC6155, a galaxy appears as a faint oval with a slightly brighter
elongated core. No spiral structure, stellar nucleus or other feature detected.
At 2' 59" S-E is an uneven double star of magnitudes 9.4p and 12.3p.
(DSS image shows the halo to be bean shaped with the core off-center away from the bright pair, but I cannot discern this shape.)
