Description:
A faint, slightly oval halo elongated E-W.  It gradually brightens to a
faint stellar core.  Visible with averted vision at 77x, it bore magnification
well and was best seen at 257x.  The galaxy is located ~3' NW of 5th
magnitude 16 Psc.  NGC7715 which is located just to the E. of NGC 7714 could
not be seen.
