Description:
Member of the Hyades, at ~ 2° WSW of Aldebaran.  Very beautiful double star and easy to split at 9x.  The components are of the same brightness, although Theta2 seems slightly more brilliant.  After checks, Theta2 is indeed more brilliant 0,4 magnitude than Theta1.  The two components show same colouring, yellow-orange.
