Description:
In Ophiuchus, at ~ 1¼° SE of M9. Despite all my efforts, the object remains
invisible at my instrument. With a magv = 9,9, it approaches the limit of 9x63
binoculars. Located in a sector of the sky strongly affected by light
pollution. Probably visible with better conditions and a more southern location
than Canada.
