Description:
An easy find. Using 106x shows a very small, extremely compact open cluster.
Increasing the magnification to 138x, 5 or 6 stars become resolvable, no
nebulosity was seen. Installing the OIII filter at 138x, shows bright
nebulosity as the background stars disappear. Nebulosity is pretty large,
roundish, edges are not definable. Best view was seen at 106x with the OIII
filter installed whereas it showed possibly a tease of backround stars
embedded inside the nebulosity.
Nice object!
