Description:
Saturn's Moons: positioned as follows: one far left, far right, pair to the 
upper left, and Titan above.

M45: Strings; groups of two's, three's of stars; faint nebula surounding 
Alcyone.

Double Cluster(NGC 889&869): many bright stars; getting denser toward the core.

M1: Oval; dim; small; brighter at center; slightly lumpy.

M108: dim; small; hard to see with moonlight glare.

Search for M51, M33 failed due to brigt rising moon.

M31: Very bright central condensation; bright haze fading quickly away from 
core; no other detail visible.

Bright slow meteor about 1/2 as bright as Venus; yellow-white flash; no noise.

Moon: Waxing Gibbous phase; about 90% lit; hundreds of small craters along 
southern rim; most maria grouped towards the north; some craters contain maria 
mountain ridges along large craters; streaks straying away from larger 
craters, also.
