Very bright ring with darker N edge and some mottling in the center at 342x.
Three stars visible within the nebula, two easily and the third one with averted
vision. Center only slightly darker than the edge. 78x presents a stunning view with
M46 completely visible and 2438 as a bright small ring at the clusters edge! One of
my favorites.
