Description:
This far GC (300,000 ly) is easily visible as a 2’ wide unresolved nebula with a
brighter core. No single stars were visible under the poor conditions of this night.
NGC2419 is surrounded by 4 stars of mag 13-14 that form a cross. 4’ W of
NGC2419 is a bright 7mag star.
