Description:
At slightly better conditions the globular reveiled over 100 stars right down to the 
core, which is very condensed. The Object extends approx 5' while the distinct 
core is some 50" wide. 3' south of the GC is a nice orange/blue double star (might 
not be a physical double) with approx 1' separation. The brighter star is 
catalogued as M Cen in Uranometria.
