How to use the Personalized Observing Log:
Enter default values for each of the fields below. When you hit the "Create Personal Form" button at the bottom, a sample observing log will be displayed with your default information already filled in. You should BOOKMARK THAT PAGE: you will then be able to return to it again and again. (On the other hand, if you made an error in one of your personal defaults, just hit your browser's "Back" button to return to this form and try again!)
