Hi Bill,

First of all, to summarize what every one else said, I recommend the new
edition of the IMO handbook as a first purchase, but if Bob has any older
copies left, the $5.00 price can't be beat...Neil Bone's book is also excellent.

Peter Brown is the contact for N. American observers, and the only person to
contact if paying by personal check in U.S. funds. The order will actually
be filled by Ina Rendtel, but to order from her, it must be in International
Postal Money Order or some such beast....I can never find these here where I
live so go through Peter, which adds a delay.

The NAMN Guide will soon be on its way to you...
