Lew,

Below is some additional information:

Kappa Aquarids (KAQ) Active: Sep 08-Sep 30 Max: Sep 21
Radiant: 339 -02 Diameter: 5 Drift: +1.0 +0.2
Velocity: 16 Pop. Index: 3.0 ZHR: 1

Sigma Orionids (SOR) Active: Sep 10-Oct 26 Max: Oct 05
Radiant: 86 -03 Diameter: 5 Drift: +1.2 0.0
Velocity: 65 Pop. Index: 3.0 ZHR: 2

The source of this info is from older IMO documents, but note that due to
their studies and the low ZHRs, they have been removed from the working
list. If you will recall the topic of the June Lyrids on this list, I
arranged with Rainer Arlt to report the JLYs as sporadics officially, but
add a note of the fact that the meteor was a possible JLY. You might
consider following this technique for these two minor showers as well. This
way, if future studies or increased activity warrant further observations by
IMO, we would not have "lost" all the data in the intervening years.

Btw, any KAQ or SOR that are reported to NAMN will be archived as above. But
note that these two showers are still on the ALPO list, and I think, the AMS
program.

Good luck!
