-- [ From: Robert Lunsford * EMC.Ver #2.5.1 ] -- Ron, The meteor you saw at 9pm could not have been a member of the Orionid shower due to the fact that these meteors cannot come in contact with the atmosphere above unless the radiant is near or above the horizon. The radiant was well below the horizon at the time mentioned. It could have been a Taurid or a sporadic. Thanks for the report! Bob Lunsford
