I second Kevin's suggestion (actually third it, since I made it before too).

Seems like as IMO's membership rolls grow internationally (as opposed to 
intracontinentally) - thanks to NAMN and other like organizations - all their 
publications could be made much more readily available to the WHOLE membership 
this way. Just a thought,

PS: Did anybody ever have a crack at answering my original question, about the 
true sources of angular dispersion in radiants?
