Don't tell that to my boss. He's an expert on celestial co-ordinates
and time, and will give you chapter and verse why it should be UTC.
GMT is historical, though still used by the BBC World Service.

http://tycho.usno.navy.mil/what.html
so you don't have to worry about daylight-saving/summer time which will
reduce the figures given by other respondents.
