(meteorobs) QUICK NOTE: What are those "Archive Fwds"??

Just a quick admin note: the "Admin Fwd" messages which I keep resending to the list are the result of a bug in the Web archive software used for meteorobs, which does not allow it to process two messages for the same list which arrive too close to each other!

So for instance, if you're mailer has the feature that it can queue up several outgoing messages from you to 'meteorobs', and then send them all at once, the 'MHonArc' archiver will spit back the last one or two of these messages to me, telling me it couldn't archive them. To get them into the Web archive, I then have to resend them ("Archive resend" or "Archive Fwd" them) to the list, and let MHonArc have another crack at them.

The WORKAROUND to this, which will save your humble list admin some time, and us subscribers some time in rereading old messages, is simply to send your messages ONE AT A TIME. Some of you have mailers which don't easily allow this. But if you can, it would sure help out if you can space your postings out.

A quick note from your humble listadmin,
Lew
