Hi all,

The NLC Observers' Homepage now has a 'Bulletin Board' facility.
Observers can use this to post details of recent/current NLC's and
visitors will now be able to immediately view the results.  This
feature is being run on a trial basis for the remainder of this year's
season; if it proves to be popular and of practical use, then it will
be made permanent.  To access the Bulletin Board follow the link from
the Homepage (URL in sig.)

My thanks to Nick Martin, Graham Beedie and John Lambert who assisted
in setting this up.
