yes Becky, you are absoloutly correct...any nearby power transformers, or
transmission lines will interfere by emmiting spurious
radiation...noise....and lots of it, the nearer you get...would have about
the same effect as a neighbor installing a security light next yo your dark
syy site..... limiting the magnitude of events that you could see
(Hear)...altho, I must admit... I have no experience with radio astronomy, I
do have some experience with amature radio..... Don..........
