+AD4-Hello everyone. My name is Jerre and I am located right outside of
+AD4-Chicago. I watch the skies and never see much. How do I get started?
+AD4-Is there a specfic time of night that is better than others. I have a
pretty
+AD4-dark sky where I am located.

Hi Jerre,

Welcome to meteorobs+ACE- For meteor observing, it is normally more
productive to observe after local midnight. But observations can be made
in the evening too, you just won't see as many most likely.

A good place to get started is with the NAMN Guide which is the handbook
of the North American Meteor Network. It is available as an ascii text
file via email. If you would like to receive a copy, just let me know.
