This has been tried a number of occassions, including for the Perseids a
few years ago. I failed to detect anything in my images, as did the UKST.

Gegenschein and zodiacal band are easy! See my all-sky image. I have
often thought about Lunar Lagrange clouds( Kordelewski (sp?) clouds?)
but havent ever gotten around to trying for them.
