That's either a sporadic or another minor shower member active at this 
time. It cant possibly be a Draconid. Only meteors moving away from the
radiant in Draco can be possible Draconids. And then again, the speed
and meteor lenght must be correct. A long meteor that appears very close
to the radiant cant be a member of the shower, even if it aligned.
