RE: (meteorobs) Nothing in Northern California USA

Hi Tony,

We watched (in Novato CA) from 12:00 to 3:00AM, saw approx 20 meteors,
the majority
were Leos, although we had a suprising number of sporadics in/around
Orion.

We saw one beutiful LEO at 12:15, at least -4 with a 5-10 sec train,
that covered 45deg of sky,
easily the best of the night.

The show was not as spectacular as the night before, (because of the
cloud cover yesterday
we didn't see as many). Sort of averaged out though.

If wishes were fishes, I'd give tuna sandwich, to have had the Leonid
peak happen 12 hours later,
rather than 11 hours earlier....

Robert.
