This was my sighting that I witnessed "dark flight" for a few degrees and 2
minutes and 43 seconds prior to the sonic boom. No it did not go over the
horizon. I think I would be stretching it if I were to say that it might have
dropped a meteorite in Barstow. I wasn't too sure where you said you found
yours, so I threw anything in that was remotely possible for you to weed out
at your leisure. I'm curious as to what kind of meteorite you have? I don't
recall your mentioning? I wonder if it could be related to the Old Woman
Meteorite found in the Mojave desert? That was an iron.
