Radiant rise depends on your latitude and local time correction, John!
For eastern New England, for example, it's around 10:30 or so. For
South Florida, on the other hand, it's closer to 11:40.

Hey, you can watch for meteors without watching for Leonids: Try just
going out after astronomical twilight ends, and staying out till dawn!
