Snow showers around expected peak time of "storm" !   However during clear 
spells between periods of total cloud obscuration some bright Leonids leaving 
trails ( persisting for a couple of seconds.)    Estimated ZHR around 02h 
U.T. ~150
 --- No Storm !!!
