(meteorobs) Leonids in Southern Ontario
Hi All!!
The Leonids in Southern Ontairo were non-existant.
Before I read how everyone else say them, it was totally clouded out.
It was clear till 8:30 pm, then nothing but cloud.
I looked at 10:30, 12:30. 2:30 cloud cloud cloud.
Even had a nightmare that at one point there was 2 inches of snow on
the ground, its still a nightmare.
It is warm and windy, but not clear.
I hope everyone who had clear skies, saw a great show.
I did go out on Nov 16/17 and do have a report to send, the Leonids
were picking up, and had a few good trains as well.
Lets hope tonight is clear, and I can get some post-Leonid observing
in.
Oh, well, took the day off anyway.
