Basically, UT = Zulu = GMT. There are minor differences, in fractions of
a second between certain flavors of UT, but generally UTC (coordinated
Universal Time) is the absolute standard that everyone uses and is what
is broadcast over WWV.

EST = UTC - 5hr., for example.
