I made another observation of Nova Aquila on Dec 04.125 (7:00pm PST Dec
03) from San Francisco, CA using naked eye and 10x50B. Based on
comparison stars delta Aql (3.4), 22 Aql (5.4), and mu Aql (4.6), I
estimate the magnitude as 4.4

It seems to have faded slightly, from the mag 4.2 I observed 24 hours
ago. It may have reached its peak, around Dec 03.00 or so.
