Evaluation of possibility of crossing by comets an orbit of Earth and
possibility of observations of meteoric showers, in accordance with them

Evaluated possibility of crossing by comets an orbit of the Earth and
possibility of the observation in accordance with them meteoric showers
(1980-2000). Expected that at periods of rapprochements of comets with
the Earth, increases an activity of the respective meteoric showers.
Strategy of calculations is checked on known showers, and allows to do
forecasts.Shown that at present from the orbit of the Earth on the
distance close to 0.05 AU and less,pass orbits 13 periodic comets,for
which determined longitude of the Sun,corresponding to rapprochement of
orbits,equatorial coordinates comet radiant and geocentric velocity of
supposed meteors.Shown that with comets Shvassmann-Vahmann-3,
Hond-Mrkos-Paydushakova, Harrington-Vilson and Hartly-2,can be bound not
observed earlier meteoric showers. Comet Shvassmann-Vahmann-3 belongs to
a family of the Jupiter. Known with 1930 year, however observed in
appearances 1979 only, 1990, 1995. The Meteoric shower connected with
this comet, until observed. In 1995, during last return to the Sun,
comet disintegration on several fragments, than can be stipulated
supposed high activity of the shower. Orbit of the comet approaches to
orbit of the Earth on tangent nearly. In this connection a period of the
maximum of the shower can last highly long-lasting time. Evolution of
the orbit of this comet is studied in [1], where was shown that under
the influence of the Jupiter will more to approach to orbit of Earth.
 Meteoric shower of the comet Shvassmann-Vahmann-3 deserves emphases. In
the last passing through the perihelion a comet collapse on several
fragments, which go back to the Sun at the beginning initially 2001
year. Consequently, at 2000 year a Earth will cross an orbit of the
comet before its passings through this spot, but at 2001 year will pass
after the comet. Not observed earlier meteoric shower can appear on our
sky(Term for observations at 2001 year more preferred,but not expelled
that shower will be weak). At 2006 years of term more favourable, as far
as and Earth, and disintegrated comet turn out to be in the spot of the
rapprochement of both orbits practically at one time. Else more
favourable for observations of the meteoric flow can turn out to be 20-e
years, when value between orbits will decrease with 0,05 à.å. before
0,02 à.å.

Amateurs of the astronomy in Ulianovsk, not suspecting on the
forthcoming disinteration of the comet, try to observe a supposed
meteoric shower in 1995 year, but its activity turn out to be at a rate
of the sporadic background.

Comet a Hond-Mrkos-Paydushakova belongs to a family of the Jupiter.
Known with 1940 year. At 1983 years approach with the Jupiter, and
elements of its orbit greatly change. Small bending an orbit allows this
comet to approach with the Earth twice: first once - 14 february, when
radiant inheres near Sun, second once - 15 august, when must be observed
night meteoric shower. This radiant inheres near Aquarids. Absolute
starry value of the comet 17,0m, diameter of the kernel ~ 200 metres.

Comet Hartly-2 belongs to a family of the Jupiter. Open in the march
1986 year. Calculations have shown that comet became to approach with
the orbit of the Earth after 1971 year, when approach to Jupiter. During
the last passing through the perihelion of the term of meeting a comet

Comet Harrington-Vilson known with 1951 year, however practically
observed in one appearance only. At 1979 years was an open an asteroid,
getting indication 4015 1979VA. Marsden, Founding on multiple
observations, has computed an orbit of the small planet and has shown
that this object is a lost comet  Harrington-Vilson . Small bending an
orbit and perihelion distance, close to the radius-vector of the Earth,
stipulates a long period of the maximum supposed ecliptical shower.

 Ursids. Well observable annual meteoric shower, connected with the
comet Tuttle, and acting in the epoch of winter solstice. In 1795, 1945,
1986 years observed unexpected hitses of the activity Ursids, when ZHR
exceed 100. Nature of the repetition of hitses of the activity
indicates, that they are caused one and "cloud" particles, situated in
opposite for the related comet of part of orbits. Period of address
"cloud" close to 13,66 years, so in 2027 year. The Earth again can pass
throught it. However to value extent "cloud", important observations in
2000, 2013 years, when also is not excluded increased activity Ursids.
